I have a buddy that just left Panther because of lack of revenue running expedite freight...he lasted a whopping 5 weeks lolsealevel Thanks this.

I just don't get it. Unless the market is oversaturated with expedite trucks. If the freight is that important the pay should equal the importance. I might have answered my own question. Oversaturated with training companies? Class B expedite I get. Alot of retired couples do this as retirement.

What do you think I did on the solo board?
I dominated a lane, ran circles around doing the same short loads over and over again.
If they gave us more loads to pick from I would be fine. They do have good team loads heck I see a $1.63 coast to coast run right now but the problem is theres barely any loads and lots of deadhead. -
And a load just popped up for $1.40 and I'm headed west too. It pays ok but the receiver is gonna be a pia grocery warehouse. But it's better than going to LA for .98 lol

There's a lot of expedited trucks sitting the truck stops here. There were about 13 at the J in Ogden Utah last night and several in the North salt lake J this morning. you usually see a couple, but not double digit numbers

Hey maybe you'll bump into me.
We can battle for .90 loads back east lolCledus Snow Thanks this. -
Yeah I get it. And to be honest I am a little conflicted on my opinion. In all honesty I don't really care. If I was a company I would want freight moved. That's all that matters. But if sni allowed teams on the solo board every team in the country would sign up and completely destroy it for everyone else. In short it would make sense for you to have access to all freight. I'm just glad you don't. Lol.Cledus Snow and freightwipper Thank this.

He actually made $1.40/mi+ fuel surcharge...the problem was that most of his loads are up an entire day and would usually be around 300 miles or so, then he would sit and hope they had something for him the next day.
