Again your right on. I REFUSE to haul high value freight for cheap. I told whipper this from the start. There is a lot of loads that require you to babysit them 24/7, start and stop a certain points, some that require to follow certain longer route, and escorts that follow you limiting your ability to stop when you want.

Most only pay $1-1.40/mile. Most are live load and unload to horrible consignee's like Best Buy and grocery warehouses. When you check in they document everything about you and your truck and with your picture. Next you will need to bring your DNA profile for these maniacs.

I did it once not knowing what I was going to be subjected to and all I can say is never again. It doesn't pay near enough. I can haul general freight for the same amount.

I can't blame Schneider, it's supply and demand and we all know the competition out here. But these customers demand white glove service for skid row rates. I dead head past these places all the time. I won't haul any of it again unless it paid $2 mi, and that happening anytime soon.

But this is the way expedited is on this board, take a decent paying 1000 mile load into nowhere and dead head for 400+ miles, or hurry up and haul a-ss to the next coast for $1.20 and wait a day or so to do it again.

Again, these are issues you knew about going in hell Cledus listed all the issues yet you still went teaming and now you're pissed you as a team can't access the gravy solo freight as well as team freight. You really sound as if you think you're special and entitled. I understand your complaints but if you were a solo still and they let teams on our board and they booked all your freight lanes you say you dominated you'd be raising hell. And before you say they could put some solo freight on team board....... surprise they already do SNI considers any loads under 1000 miles a solo load unless it is time sensitive. Unless definition has changed since June.

Entitled? lol just sharing my opinion dude, just as you do and others do.
As I said before more than once.. i wouldnt give a crap about solo loads if they gave us more team loads.
The whole solo thing was just an idea.
If schneider would have stopped hiring endlessly then everybody would have more freight.
I'm still hitting my income goals i had for myself when I switched so all is fine but just expressing the sorry arse point about teaming here.

If you're hitting income goals then just learn to relax and enjoy life getting greedy could really backfire.

This fascinates me. Just glad to have a little insight to something I know nothing about. Being followed, having to take certain routes, and a rectal exam at the receiver would demand a minimum of 2 bucks a mile and a don't care how many miles it is. Good lord. Lol.

    It's not greed....
When you know something can be fixed and or made better you'd like it to be and express feelings about it.
Hence your thread about the "IC MEETING".
    Same logic applies

National average for Van is $1.60 with fsc.
35% of all that with fsc is around $1.11

We aint seeing no 1000+ mile loads for $2 here unless they go to a black hole like Colorado
