It does take time..you're going to make mistakes but remember everyone does.
As was stated above..don't be afraid to think outside the box.
Waiting for a good load to confirm can destroy your week.

3400-4000/week is good for me, depending on miles. I pay myself 700/week after all taxes and expenses and deductions and my goal is to put a minimum of $200/week in my business acct. If I run 2500 miles/week at around $1.40 all miles, I'm comfortable for now.sealevel Thanks this.

I think it's the company grabbing those loads. Why on earth would you use FP to auto book a confirmed load when you don't know what the times are going to be?? If it got kicked out 24 hrs, you could really be screwed.Cledus Snow Thanks this.

There u go..you're doing fine.
Don't get caught up in the numbers game.
As long as you're paying your expenses and making money plus happy too..what more could u ask for?
Sure its nice to make more but don't run yourself ragged or crazy trying to do it.
Being content is the name of the game.redoctober83, mickeyrat, drvrtech77 and 3 others Thank this. -
Wow, NASTC for the next two weeks, oh wait I'll be in Hawaii. Nevermind!
PoleCrusher, Dogals right foot and mxpx148 Thank this. -
I pay or get credit based off of my miles per gallon not a set miles per gallon.

Ifta is based off your MPG and miles run in each state..whoever said ours is based off of SNIs formula of 5.5 mpg is wrong.
It tells you what your average mpg is on your ifta statement.drvrtech77 and Home_on_wheels Thank this.
