That's how it was explained to us, unless you are getting more than 10 mpg. I don't know about you guys, but I only get that bobtail

 

Actually if you get above a certain miles per gallon you get penalized. I believe it's 9-9.5 and above you get the penalty.

 

They told us in orientation that it defaults back to 5.5 at a certain mpg...thought it was 10, but you could be right about 9-9.5. John told us there is a way of having it changed from the 5.5 to actual mpg so that it actually goes off of you real mpg, but I forget what they said the procedure was.

 

You just made me pull out my contract. Your right I'm most definitely wrong. Bad info on my part. Still trying to figure out where I read this. My bad.

 

Since I'm in the process of making myself look like a complete bafoon could someone explain to me how to pull my IFTA report. Can it be done on crossroads?

It's amazing what asking will do. Just pulled it. On some months they have me close to 8.6. on others they have me at 4.9. it appears when I get better than their average they pull me back to 4.9 as per contract.

 

Imagine that using your money to supplement their truck taxes in a state.

 

I've always taken alot of pride in my fuel mileage. Especially from a old sixty series. I get hit from time to time with outrageous IFTA back charges and come to find out it's when I am getting my best mileage and they revert me back to 4.9 to the gallon.
