That report mpg can be inaccurate if you fuel to close to the end of the month as it was explained to me. How close wasn't really pin pointed I just said ok and ended the conversation. This was yrs ago and I don't recall who I was speaking with.

 

I would love to see this settlement if you are willing to share!

 

It's all good...there is so much info to retain with this program, it's hard to remember it all. That's why we leave orientation with more books than a college freshman lol

Another company being sued for Miss classification

 

Trying to figure this out on the fly. I'm starting to think my off duty driving miles could be killing me since it doesn't register on the eobr. Pen and paper my mileage is 8.6. I use pro miles and fuel at the cheapest pre-tax fuel. To see my IFTA get kicked down to 4.9(I was incorrect about 5.5 it is 4.9) is a kick.

 

I see this affecting all lease operations eventually.

Can't say for sure it'll affect Schneider because Schneider is not as strict as opposed to those other companies those other companies you can only fuel with a towel you to feel you have to go the route that they want you to go you have to take the loads with a want or they sit to and punishment... Those are the company's that I going to get nail here very shortly

 

I will go down swinging arguing the fact that sni has its ### covered on this. But in the end your right. It's coming.
