Think I found where some of your freight went. Was looking they Craigslist and Schneider was advertising for company teams with a average LOH of 1100 miles with 5600-6000 miles a week. That's a lot of solo loads they are pulling.

My average length of haul was maybe 200 miles on the solo board
1100 mile loads are not "a lot of solo loads"

Well today is my 1 year as an IC. Here's my take on it. The year flew by! I ran 130,xxx in miles. I am pleased with what I made. My first 2 months I ran every where tried all lanes, I ate slept and thought about the load board at all times. Just trying to learn, sure I made mistakes got into dead zones. Cheapest load I took was 89 cents per mile. Farthest I have Bobtailed for a load 550 miles but it was to go visit my grandkids for Easter. Now I have 2 lanes I really like to run in. I am home weekly the last 4 months. Is the program easy? NO! You have to be willing to run, that payment is due every week ( I do pay 300.00 extra a week) you must also plan for repairs and PM's, tires. You have to think of the business end and not just at tax time. I did take a Freightliner (New) and I have upgraded a lot of little things quite frankly it's been a great truck...really no issues I love the DD15 motor.

Would I sign up for this again. Yes everyone that I have had interaction with at Schneider has been supportive and I feel they really want you to be successful. Do we over pay for there support and loads YES. I think we give closer to 45-47%. They need to improve a lot of systems, better trailers, some of the OC's are complete crap.

I would like to thank @tenman and @freighwhipper both have been very helpful and I thank you both for your guidance!

    What's next? Roll on...Pumpkin style.
