I received a notice in the mail about this...

I was employed as a company driver for Schneider in the state of California for 64 weeks. The money you receive from the lawsuit is based on how many weeks you worked...

I'll get almost $1000 from the settlement. The letter states I should receive the money by the first of next year...

Roll on....

 

...and then they can arbitrarily go back and make those once "emissions legal" vehicles ILLEGAL ex post facto...one of those little annoying things that's supposed to be verboten in this country, but whatever. No one will ever stop them. I left that state 10 years ago because of the ########.

 

I got a good one for all of you. A friend of mine works as an o/o for a small company in WI they have 60 company drivers and 60 ish o/o. They do a mix of van and reefer. They buy fuel from Loves when out of state. Loves across the board is 22 cents off cash price. PERIOD. How much can Schneider take from us just a few days a go were getting a effen 10 cents off a gallon this 2 weeks double WTF.

In the last year I swear Schneider has just blasted us IC's at every turn.
