    Time to beach.....

    Receiver "we dont have an appointment for this load". Ends up needing to be relayed.

    Very next load...
    Shipper "we have no such loads and no loads going out the rest of the day". Ends up Schneider admitting they dont know whats going on and load gets pulled.

    This isn't the first time I've experienced fairy tale loads and appointments.
    First two carriers i worked for (little over a year) every single load had correct appointments/loads.
    Since I've been at Schneider I've lost count how many times this had happened.

    It's amazing this level of incompetence is allowed to be going on here.
