Man i got to ask you all a question. Its a real question, I'm not trying to start anything or tell ya so please give me the benefit of the doubt if it sounds like that.

Basically, i keep reading this thread and the majority of it is you guys complaining about your carrier. None of you seem happy there at schneider stop why do you stay? Seriously the tone of this thread is guys griping about one thing or another with the carrier. It feels more like a thread in the 'report a bad carrier' section.

Life is short and there are PLENTY of good carriers out there to lease a truck to, so why stay somewhere that you have all these complaints about?

    drvrtech77 and HalpinUout Thank this.

It's not just this thread, pretty all Schneider threads have become the same.

    The answer is simple...
Since the industry is down we are actively scaring people away from Schneider so theres less people to steal out freight lol.
JK... but it does seem that way sometimes.

What are all these "PLENTY of good carriers" you speak of?
If they exist I'm sure most of us still wouldn't be. Just sayinh

A question I would ask then is, all these other good carriers have the choice on load feature? point and click to assign? no need to haggle for a rate with a broker?

another way to ask the other poster's question is , are those features still worth the headaches that have increased of late?

    SingingWolf Thanks this.

I trust myself a lot more than dispatchers or brokers. Thats why I'm here.
No dispatchers or brokers to deal with, that's number one for me.

You all must be doing something wrong.I just heard the biggest trucker lie I think I have ever heard.
Dude says he has 32 trucks gets 4.10 per mile for all miles coming out of Florida then will not even start his trucks for 2.65 backhaul going back to FL to pick up that 4.10a mile load. All his trucks are 16 volvos are paid(bought with cash) for. Same with his trailers all 16's as well. If that was so why the hell would you be out here still driving and wearing a worn out sweatsuit.
Now I remember why I don't eat at the counter anymore
