It's about risk prevention. The customer is paying for a service, and the carrier wants the driver to provide the service they agreed to.freightwipper Thanks this.

And that's why jacking the minimum wage up doesn't help the poor. The jobs get replaced with cheaper alternatives.drvrtech77, mxpx148, PoleCrusher and 3 others Thank this.

You're going to have the exact same problem with another team driver as long as you keep sharing your success.
If they see how much you're making they'll think they can too.
And most of the p&g you hauled is gone now. Solo isn't what it was.pocketaces and Philly1Finest Thank this. -
Well it was known between us my team driver would get his own truck in the not too distant future before we even started.
Didn't think it would have been in two months though
Yeah I noticed most all the P&G loads are gone. Vandalia was my second home after my truck lol. -
Hope you find a good one. Good luckfreightwipper Thanks this.

I've only seen those up in Canada. They're finally making their way down here, eh?
Also team driving...I dunno how one can sleep in Indiana.....
-
And more efficient ones.spyder7723 Thanks this.

Like I said few weeks back. You had to be paying your codriver little to nothing because if he was really experienced and demanded the proper earnings they deserved teaming wouldn't be worth it... You're gonna run into the same problem with another driver. Nobody is gonna run that hard for peanuts unless they're a rookie..

Here we go...
Now supposedly I pay peanuts.
Just where is your source for such a claim?
