    It's about risk prevention. The customer is paying for a service, and the carrier wants the driver to provide the service they agreed to.

    And that's why jacking the minimum wage up doesn't help the poor. The jobs get replaced with cheaper alternatives.

    You're going to have the exact same problem with another team driver as long as you keep sharing your success.

    If they see how much you're making they'll think they can too.

    And most of the p&g you hauled is gone now. Solo isn't what it was.

    Well it was known between us my team driver would get his own truck in the not too distant future before we even started.
    Didn't think it would have been in two months though o_O
    Yeah I noticed most all the P&G loads are gone. Vandalia was my second home after my truck lol.

    I've only seen those up in Canada. They're finally making their way down here, eh?

    Also team driving...I dunno how one can sleep in Indiana.....:D

    Like I said few weeks back. You had to be paying your codriver little to nothing because if he was really experienced and demanded the proper earnings they deserved teaming wouldn't be worth it... You're gonna run into the same problem with another driver. Nobody is gonna run that hard for peanuts unless they're a rookie..
