We don't even have agents, it's strictly point and click.

 

All I'll say is nothing will get you further than a personal relationship with a customer.....

One that tells a carrier he/she (a certain driver) will do our loads or you won't ....

Giving super service in the choice world doesn't seem to get you anything ....

 

You know it depends where you are. Sometimes it makes sense to wait it out. They will post great loads for same day pick up. Makes no sense other than a company team wasn't able to get there in time.

 

At first glance that seems to eliminate your ability to distinguish yourself from every tom dick and Harry.

 

Most good paying loads are now being posted same day pickups smh it's crazy

 

Could've sworn I just said that lol. I always go one load at a time. Except for last week, that was the first time I strung three loads together. I only did it because I emptied in the same city as my next pick up...which we know is a rarity around here lol.
