I have never seen those loads before, have you?
Might be company team freight but I've never seen it. I mean it is only 560 miles.

@Cledus Snow you're still in better shape than me...
I'll be in California tomorrow morning and there's only one load in the entire state and it's a pos BUT yet Schneider has the whole state labeled "oversold" for solo and teams. If it's oversold where's all the loads? Oh yeah they hide them from us lol

Oh and I'm gonna PM something to you that you will love lol

I bought my house. I was planning on going solo in the spring, but that's when I will handing the keys back to the lying thieves. I'm debt free and set. I'm going to semi retire and play golf and jet ski. I'm not rich but I'm the type that doesn't need to be.

Yes, but not often. It's a customer that is a regular on the team board.

I know cali is not looking good. I checked everywhere before I left and it is a sad state of affairs.

What's funny (ok, it's not funny) is that I've gotten messages on the Qualcomm directed toward company drivers offering them increased pay and a faster truck to "team" during the holiday season. Why would they be doing this if there was no need for it? Is all the team freight dedicated? Beyond that, not sure why you guys don't seem to be able to access what they act like they have a need to cover.

They no longer want drivers on the board that know their a from a hole in the ground.
Its why they opened the program up to drivers with only six months experience. Then put a stop on drivers bringing on their own truck for a bit so they can get all those units sitting a dedicated fleet service on the road.
Then flood the board with cheap freight.
    Choice turns into COMPANY CHOICE.
loaded up with a bunch of drivers that don't have the cahonies to stand up for themselves

Next new operating agreement comes out with more restrictions and more chargebacks.

If this becomes cheap freight choice I'll leave and take the truck elsewhere.
That would be standing up for myself.
