Yeah, it's a joke when they say "service watch ", "critical load", " must p/u and deliver on time", and c/s gives the wrong p/u date and time and/or delivery date and time. Even same day p/u and they can't give the correct time to p/u. I can arrive early only to find out that I am late.

 

They also have a rather large mark up on parts to make up for their labor rate.
And yes I've seen invoices.
And have gotten some of the same parts from freightliner for less.

 

A lot of customers prefer or request ICs to pull their loads but SNI says NO!! So much for customer service. Therefore watch for more customers using other carriers.

 

With the progressive shift disabled, which mine is, wouldn't dropping an extra gear or two for a hill have the same effect as shorter gear?

 

The trans with a 2 year warranty is only $3,800 + the shift knob. The rear ends I think would be under $4,000.
