So what happens with your big sign on bonus
For going team. Do you have to pay that back.

After what appears to be another mess up by cs on a load out of Phoenix to socal where i picked up first stop and made it to the 2nd pick and i tell them they don't have the pick up..sni then comes back and says you'll have to relay this load until we figure it out, mind you it didn't del until midnight the next evening..326mi away...so i had to dh 340mi to get this load im on to just have anything decent . ..these cs screw ups are becoming the norm..if they dont happen I think somethings wrong..lol

That fast? Nah, I've been working and hasn't put much of any effort into that.
I'm taking some time off during the holiday and will look into my next step.
Should I team again I would want to have some trip lease ability step up prior. As you know depending solely on Schneider for loads on the team side is a joke.
Sitting in California thanks to ZERO LOADS when there was 100+ solo loads all around me pushed me off the edge lol.
That was the most pissed I've been here in two years.

Schneider's goal for teams is not so they could make themselves and Schneider the most money possible.
    Makes too much sense right?

The team IC operation Schneider has set in place has a simple goal... just make sure all the team loads get covered.
No matter if that means teams might have to deadhead hundreds of miles to loads or be stuck with nothing and have to sit.

It's a shame really as the potential is there to make it a great program for teams.

I mainly ran in the $1.30s all miles, a couple weeks in the low $1.40s.
That's about as much as can be got out of it and just $1.30 something aint easy to pull off.

Well you know I felt the same, but in the last two days it has improved a little. Two weeks to go.

That's only because I just left and am no longer stealing your freight ;)
    Jk well kinda lol.
Hopefully everybody's beaching to our IC helped, though I know it's not really in his hands.
ICA did go right to the planners and ask wtf is going on while I was on the phone with him or should I say while he listened to a volcanic eruption lol.
I hope things continue to improve for you, teams deserve loads more so than us solo guys! Here at Schneider it's the other way around tho o_O
