    I was actually parked by a burger King near a walmart.
    It was walmart that had to no tractor trailer signs.
    Cop gave a me a ticket for being bobtail at burger King with no signs there and said on the ticket I was at walmart.

    I don't know why on earth all Leo's are always believed in this day and age with video. Time and time again videos on YouTube proves these guys distort the truth on tickets and police reports. You should look into getting a copy of his dash cam.

    I spoke to the manager of the walmart today.
    Was told Walmart themselves has no policy on parking but tells people to park at their own risk.
    Then said cops around here are not nice and have written people up for anything.
    Even said cops have written up an employees car up for abandonment and another even for expired emissions right on the walmart lot!

    was it parked IN BK parking lot? or in the main lot just outside of it but next to it?

    second , is there a complaining witness? Wallyworld would have to call it in , for violating their rules. He shouldnt, in theory, be legal to write it on private property without the complaint.

    Probably like 4-5 hours
    I'm pissed .
    All these drunk drivers and speeders out there they could be going after but noooooo lets go after those darn bobtail parked trucks
