All I can say is I do think it's about revenue.. About 6 months I was given a seatbelt ticket in Indinia I WAS wearing my seatbelt. There was absolutely no way the LEO could even see if was wearing it. He was behind me never passed him or he passed. Unless he could see right they a 53' refer trailer. It wa $25. Would have cost about $400 to fight it and lose 3 days work. And I repeat I WAS wearing my seatbelt.

LOL. That's funny. I like to check in here from time to time to hear the latest drama queen dilemmas going on with the IC's at this company, while doing so I see you've brought the parking ticket dilemma here because you got no sympathy on your other thread.

    Carry on my friend.

Two things: No company worth working for uses hire right or dac. I also got the impression it was written to him.

My truck is registered to my LLc. It has a lien by Schneider Finance (for now). I would be shocked if Schneider took it out of his settlement.

I would not have let the LEO write me the ticket. A few years ago I parked in a no parking came out parking enforcement was there he wanted my ID I said what for write the parking ticket...he didn't like that called a real cop. That cop said I need to ID you I was very nice and explained it was a car parked. He insisted on seeing my license, well after a Supervisor arrived, My car was given a ticket. I did not have to show an ID.

Are you really trying to argue that because you didnt have a trailer on you shouldn't have gotten a ticket? I'd love to see the look on the judges face when you claimed that defense.

No it's not. Schneider registers all the trucks under their name unless either you have your authority or title. Yea your name is on the registration just like mine the plate isn't in our name.
