    If it pays 1.50 going to a halfway decent location it's gone faster than you can even think about it. If it is 1.10 load of paper rolls you have a fighting chance. Never quite seen it like this. I understand it's January and freight is down as a whole but even the bad stuff is flying off the board at record speed.

    That meeting that was brought up a while ago would really be worth revisiting at this point...don't know how much good it would do, but it couldn't hurt

    Guys with huge lease payments need revenue coming in. They're going to run the cheap stuff to pay the bills. They know it, so they'll keep posting it.

    Not this guy...I'll hand the truck back first. I'll take a cheap load to run into a good lane, but I refuse to consistently run crap freight!

    Am I wrong thinking that the bubble has to eventually pop and they are going to have to start improving the program again at some point? It's only a matter of time before it's widespread knowledge and people start leaving the program in droves and outsiders aren't interested anymore. I know there are much worse programs out there, but if SFI wants 11-1200/week for truck, ins and tags, they have to have the freight to justify it, or more drop lots to put trucks in

    I've talked to so many IC's that just grab the load that pays the most. They could care less about the RPM.

    Ask company drivers if they got back all they lost in 08 recession?

    As long as there's a line to join choice it'll never improve.

    I'll bet in 12 to 18 months choice drivers will be able to train like other companies.
