You have to work within the limits of the assignment.
If it's an open window appointment you can deliver or pick up anytime within that window.
Generally for set appointment times you can arrive a little bit earlier as in an hour or maybe two but that's about it.
You chance screwing yourself over and pissing off Schneider if you think you can start going against the assignment details.

FYI.. Sunday night is the worst time to book freight. All leftovers trash nobody else wanted.
Once Monday rolls around you'll have more and better options.

I got my first load alert today in my truck..

If you have a specific search say to find you loads getting you home and you name it "Big Pimpin going home".. when a load matches you get sent an alert in the truck and the Qualcomm lady will actually speak "New Shipment available, Big Pimpin going home".

Long runs generally always pay crap unless they go into the Northeast and then good luck once you get there.
Sometimes I see 700+ mile loads paying $1.80+ into Texas and Virginia which I guess is okay but those also are rare.

 

uh huh but all those loads except the CA load all went to dead zones.

I've got to know.. what the heck did you get out of St. George, Utah and Pierre, SD? lol
Talk about the middle of nowhere.

 

These "good paying loads" go into bad areas though. I don't see what's soo great about that.

I never see 700+ mile loads paying $2+ to IL, IN,OH, NC, TN, WI etc etc
