What I've been saying is this...do i think sni isn't playing with the freight??..of course I don't...i wasn't born last night but at the same time the same kind incompetence goes at many co's including freight brokers...im not naive to think both isn't occuring...some folks only want to have tunnel vision and think only one thing is happening...you got to keep the big picture so to speak...are there reputable co's???..sure there are just like crooked co's....I'm only looking out for myself and when the time comes i will make a move but it won't be lateral move but vertical move to better my co and myself...

Bottom line is SNI doesn't do anything bottom up, so if there's issues it's because it's coming from the top. It's by design.
The top hires the incompetent so we blame the middle and the top doesn't take the heat.
It's by design to make another Prime.milehunter43, 48Packard, sealevel and 1 other person Thank this. -
48Packard Thanks this.

mxpx148 and drvrtech77 Thank this.

I've enjoyed following this thread and I have to wonder if rates were up would a lot of the issues and new policies be a moot point because the money offsets the BS? I understand the aggravation with low rates and changing criteria / rules causing a lot of you guys to question your decision.
mxpx148 Thanks this. -
I was told it's back to a year experience to be on choice but who knows any more.
The money sucks right now but then again it has for about a year or two.
Everything is worse when there's less in your pocket. -
I think the new equipment requirements are what bothers me the most which makes me a odd ball I guess. When I am ready to buy a new truck I was even thinking about upgrading to power windows but clearly this won't be enough.
Oversaturation and having to fight tooth and nail for decent freight doesn't help.ChicagoJohn, tony97905 and TennMan Thank this. -
