And threatening to do the same with Walmart picking up at Smuckers or J&J for delivering early!

 

They've found a way to blame the IC's for limiting the freight they let us see.

Wow this pretty much as the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak with my self.... This is inexcusable if it's certain Ic's that are doing this they know #### well who's doing it and just ban them from the loads why do a blanket ban for all ic's.... frankly I don't buy it

 

Ah, think the IPO is exasperating everything?

 

Sounds like a back handed way of preparing ic's who run this freight regularly to find something else to do because it's going on company trucks. Don't worry. It doesn't matter if 45,000 pounds of paper rolls that pay 1.10 are late. They will give us plenty of those to replace it with.

 

I guess they want us all to be looking for new jobs.

Open up more company choice positions I teckon.

 

I don't have a dog in this hunt but I think you have hit the nail on the head, anytime you get a bunch of investors grubbing money it's down hill for the small guy!

 

Only the ones that can see what's happening. We've been here too long. They want fresh blood that they can manipulate (company ICs).

 

@TennMan ... another ic on Facebook spoke to his people in the office this morning and this is what he was told...

Here is what I was just told when I called in. Schneider didn't lose the account. They are just no longer allowing IC's to pull them unless they have nobody to cover them on the company side. She told me most likely it had something to do with the rates but didn't know for sure what the reason was for doing this.

 

Seems as if they're restricting the higher paying freight.

To force us to haul the cheap stuff.
