too many ICs book high $ loads as soon as they hit the board without trip planning.
Then deliver early late etc whatever works them and NOT the customer.
It's been a big problem here and heard that from two different ICAs.

My ICA also pretends to be a women when his ICR isn't there to answer the phone. Not putting much stock in what they have to say. I know this sounds strange but someone will read this and laugh because they know exactly what I'm talking about.

Direct customers come in time, as do broker relationships, then you wouldn't have to constantly rely on the board.

Exactly. Start canceling contracts if this persists. Don't lump us all together.

Y'all are still blaming the drivers, not saying there's not driver issues however the truth is that SNI is just using that as an excuse to limit the better paying loads we see and have a legal footing for doing so.

Answer this why is it 2 of the better paying customers?
    for the most part.

And it confirms to me they've done this all along.

Let me say it this way... Wow yes it is probably some of these Knuckleheads want to be IC'S they are screwing up this crap with these late deliveries so to speak but Sni is using that excuse witches more than likely a very minut amount of ic's doing this so instead of actually doing what needs to be done there just using the excuse to blanket coverage because it's too easy to do... and essentially trying to say the customer is the one demanding it but we know for all intents and purposes it's #### that's doing this because the way I look at it is this.... A customer is not going to sit there and turn around and tell the company that a certain segment of their operation can't run their loads the customers going to either say you can run the Loads under your company name or we'll pull the contract and nobody will run it...

PoleCrusher, TennMan and mxpx148 Thank this.
