Everytime Sni makes up a new rule some of you guys are so gullible that they really make you think it's the driver fault smfh.. Y'all say you not rookies but some of y'all thought process says otherwise.. And FYI if it was the end of the week and I needed this 2.50 paying load id grab it and worry bout the time later.. It's OK to pickup a load hours late because they sent you on ####ing excursion to find an empty but good forbid to pick a load and deliver or pickup late. Gtfoh lol.. Like Tenn said it's their excuse to hide all the good freight

    TennMan Thanks this.

Well I'll put it this way I've explained that while I think it's some of these idiot drivers over here I also put blame on the company to... And don't tell me you haven't come across any of these idiot drivers over here that brag about this kind of crap a being late and everything because they don't care... Like I stated there's blame to go on both sides plan at Simple and if you don't think so then you are the one wearing the blinders because I said it before both sides are to blame

    TennMan Thanks this.

Actually I haven't cause I mind my business..I don't really talk to drivers.. I'll get out and help you park like I did a lady sni driver today but I'm really not for the yappin about loads.. everyone has a family to feed so I'm not the one to pick apart how a person gets it done... The way I see it they want you to be on time on their terms. It's OK to be late for an important load cause u sent me 100 miles for an empty but it's not OK to be late cause I booked the load knowing I'll be late for either the pickup or delivery
. That's very hypocritical if you ask me..

Like I said there's plenty to blame to go around on both sides... and by the way I don't go around talking to them I have them come up and talk to me and after a couple minutes I realize what a bunch of idiots they are... God said before customer service is a problem over here and so are some of these want to be IC'S...

Everyone needs to calm down. In a few months SNI will have their yearly meeting with their cherry picked IC'S and all these problems will be discussed and promptly resolved. No worries. The IC'S at the table might just be recruiters but pay know mind. They will get this worked out.

Do you guys really think SNI doesn't already know who the screw ups aware and either keeps tabs on them or have already terminated their leases?

They just believe you are all gullibile enough to believe it really is the driver's fault. And it sounds like some of you are actually falling for it.
