    it sure appears that they are limiting the amount of loads that we can see anymore that.. I've looked in several areas of the country in areas where you think that being over an abundance of Mana loads there is literally hardly anything for a week span... I understand it gets slow and January but not this freaking slow

    They hold more back until they have company trucks covered.

    That's why some loads show up and pick up is next to impossible or already passed.

    They did this exact thing in Casa Grande quite some time back. The guy that runs the yard there informed me on that several months ago. That was for the in state AZ deliveries because they were paying so well.

    And they should handle this just like a broker would with a rate con. Put in fines for late deliveries. Big fines.

    Compared to the freight movement nationwide, we should not be seeing the load board this dead.

    The problem is they don't seem to want to fix the individual problems they just figure it's just easy to blame the entire IC group and go that route

    I think a lot of it has to do with this IPO and that they're putting all the better-paying freight on their own trucks to pad their books to make it look better than what it really is so the investors throw a boatload of money at them
