SNI gets a 35%+ return on all IC drivers.
    Therefore
Put all the best paying freight you can on company trucks to boost per truck ROI.

If you read places like DAT to see freight trends and such, you see that December was the biggest freight month of 2016, and freight this January is heavier than it has been in the past two years.

Yet, all of our freight vanished.

I just read a article about this IPO offering and they are not putting up enough shares up for sale for any investors to say how the company is ran. The family will still maintain enough stock to completely control te company. You'd be a fool to invest in this since the traded shares would have absolutely no control of the com

That's usually how all IPO's roll out.

If they offer controlling interest during IPO it scares investors because it looks like the Family doesn't have any more trust in the business.

2nd the following weeks after an IPO usually drives up demand and price for a second release of additional stock.

Good call. It's NEVER going to get better, only the same or worse. Everybody should be making an exit strategy. I don't have any bills or responsibilities and like 48 this is my last driving job. So I'm not in a real bad position and I'm going to hang on as long as I can...well I do have one bill, I went against my best judgement and bought a 15 Silverado on payments. I don't know who in their right mind *cough tennman* would buy a lousy Ford :)
