A move like that you shouldn't even be allowed to keep your CDL....

Protecting dangerous drivers doesn't help anybody or anything.
Hopefully videos like this get people to lose their jobs and CDLs before they hurt someone out here.

Oh yeah it does help...buy outing thesee co's who would rather hire an dangerous wreck less driver to save a buck...let's see how much $$ they saved by having to have that door repaired vs raising hiring standards..

I guess you miss the part, when the guy said he was blowing his horn. Also, the guy in the video said he hit the tree before. The guys wasn't backing, he was going forward.

i couldnt tell what that guy was yellin, i will give it another listen, its hard to watch a driver put an end to his driving career but i guess its better of for all the trees out there lol i still wouldv ran up to the front of his truck and tried to stop him, hes not gonna hear yelling and may not even hear the horn, instead of recording i wouldv got in the drivers sight which he didnt appear to do, now if you were up in his line of sight waving and he didnt stop then theres nothing u can do, just because a guy says he dont need help doesnt mean you stand there and record, and if that was at a shipper how is it gonna help other drivers that go in there and wonder why there are more rules to follow. my point was i wouldv been running up and waving in his line of site, not yelling and recording. but i also dont know what went down before all that.

The guy said he was blaring his air horn before but the guy didn't listen.

And I wouldn't advise trying to run in front of a Swift truck when he's busy destroying private property. Not the safest place to be, behind and away from Swift is a safer plan.
