Only Schneider would want to create a paper trail when DOT says they're only needed if a defect is noted on post trip......

I guess a lawyer who sues will love the discovery phase of trial.

or, simply do a DVIR every night when you park........no sense in making it harder than it has to be.

I hit a dude in a truckstop 3 or 4 months ago........no need for details, but I hit a dude. Anyway, I was talking about it with my ICA, and I said, "you know, you'd be amazed at how much I don't hit.....".

Unbelievable. These forward facing dash cams
    Are priceless for a driver.
If he didn't have that dash cam and hit that car.
The resulting damage would have looked like he
Was not paying attention at all and rear ended
    That car at full speed.

Nobody would have believed the story he told them
About what the 4 wheeler did.
    That was almost suicide.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

    Right!
Nobody would believe the truck driver's story of course!

Guy stopped in the interstate and then changed lanes trying to get hit by the truck!

    Western flyer Thanks this.

Looks like he decided at the last second that collecting an insurance payout from an 80,000 pound truck wasn't the best idea...
