    Been
Been there done that too lol... In order to make money Van side at Mercer you have to ride coast to coast that's what most do.. That's what I did.. And if you like being home you will not be home as you are now.. That's why I left..I used to be gone for weeks at a time. Wasn't my thing. But it's a much less stressful system then Sni... No videos, no control happy ICA, no box team, and no company drivers

I never had unload longer than 20 minutes unless it was forklifts

How does detention work over there? Is that something you negotiate with the broker?

It's a good promotion of the snider, I'm sure it's paid advertising here, I mean not a drivers journey it's done by someone from HR, or Operations

Schneider is screwing up big time on loads with good rates. Last trip out to Arizona, I watched and none of the local TSC loads posted to the load board.

These are the 4-6/mile loads, and all their loads post on a regular schedule.

Once I gave up on waiting and found me a different load out of there, some of those loads showed up. They had to deliver, of course, the following morning at 0700. Late that night, loads still available.

Yet this is supposed to be a critical account. Not critical enough, however, to hide them from the load board until the last possible minute.

I don't remember, @spyder7723 could tell you. But I will say this much.. If you get to receiver and the guard or whoever tells you to go to anther location unload even if it's just a block away you can call the agent and get more money.. technically that's extra stop pay
