It does seem like if you're not a part of the pitchfork parade then you're "not one of us". Oh well. I get frustrated here at times too no doubt, but if you think those problems just disappear at another company think again. Overall until I'm ready to go on my own I'm pretty happy here and doing quite well. If for some reason that offends somebody then it is what it is I guess.

Everytime you talk about your numbers you are told "you don't understand" or "out of touch with reality" because your truck is paid for. Meanwhile SNI is trying their best to push you out the door or at the least funnel you into a lease truck of their choosing.
Maybe I am whining. But I don't think I am wrong.

Can't say I disagree with what you are saying. I just take exception to Gross numbers because they are meaningless. For the most part I have been happy too. I also remember a time when the program was so good guys where dropping their authority and signing on. For many the company has gone from a long term option to a stepping stone to something better. Just like the rest of the megas are viewed. Maybe I am sensitive. Idk. But this is why the pitch forks are out. Maybe there is alot of positive things going on that we are not talking about. I just can't come up with them?

Interesting enough, it's only van. The Intermodel IC's have no such requirement. With that being said, there's been a freeze on new IC's for almost 18 months now.
