My trainee for this week was fired yesterday for telling the Safety manager that he would only follow the rules he wanted to. If you're counting that's 8 days from being "hired".

    It's not complaining it's fact.

Yes you can string loads together however it's harder and harder everyday.

It's not as easy today as it was 6 months ago let alone 3 yrs ago.

Can it be done yes but it's not easy.

You're looking for easy and we're telling you its not as easy to do as it is to read it's done.

By God. It could become mandatory to drive with with a big pile of dog #### in the passenger seat and they would still line up. Only questions would be how fast, and where do I sign.

Well in all fairness, you can't say we. YOU may not be tortured or starving but there are some that are. I for one have seen what they can do with that board. In time you will see it too. You're still new. When I was new, All my loads were $2 or more per mile. And I didn't have to do 6 loads a day. You didn't even have to try hard to gross $5000 per week. Now, I'm lucky to see $1.30 mostly below that. I can look at an area and see 50 loads within 50 miles. Once I book a load there those 50 are gone and nothing within 100 miles which makes those loads even cheaper due to deadhead. I am now on my last load. Then a vacation. Then a new carrier. And no details. I'm not pulling a FW. There are better paying loads than what SNI is force feeding you. Continued success to you all.

That thought never crossed my mind! Of all the boards I've been on all these years, I've never had to do that. Yeah there are annoying posters where ever you go, but I can't take that guy anymore.

What I can't figure out is why anyone answers him, let him post his all knowing knowledge, so we can learn from the prodigy. I mean he's already got a broker begging him to get a truck asap lmao.
