Be happy man. Stop being so sensitive.
-
How's that coming along @freightwipper, are you leasing on other trucks yet?
SingingWolf, mxpx148 and TennMan Thank this. -
Not accusing anybody of anything. All I said was why sign things you don't want to do? Would you sign a mortgage then refuse to pay interest?
-
I'm not even upset. I have no idea why people can't have a level discussion without calling names or throwing out the drinking kool-aid comments. My whole point was about the agreement. I knew the usuals would circle the wagons and come at me. It's all good. I don't get worked up in forums. Life is way too short.TennMan Thanks this.

Re-read the post. 27 miles out of route. His trip home was 220. They didn't send him 220 away from home.
-
My trip home was 305 they wanted me to drag an empty 220 miles for 25.00. Sni said me taking the empty would only cause me to go oor 11 if I took empty.
But I'd of had to go home thru knoxville which wasn't along my route.
Either way I wasn't dragging an empty 220 miles.SingingWolf Thanks this. -
Again if you're willing to do it great but I'm not and I don't have the agreement in front of me but......
If I remember correctly the trailer reposition applies to taking an empty out of a market without permission not taking one to assume the costs so sni doesn't have too.
But I'll read it when I'm home.SingingWolf, spyder7723, drvrtech77 and 1 other person Thank this. -

since nobody commented on this video, I have to assume that nobody watched it........you should, especially if you're a lease driver.
What they did to this guy was about as low as it gets and comes running up real hard on extortion. Again, you really, really need to see this video.
I've tried to be patient, and I've tried to be understanding, and I've been a HUGE supporter of the Choice program for as long as I've been in it. But the CMS requirement, the BOX fiasco's / straight up screwin (run 99 miles for a trailer when there is one across the street.....), and finally this guy; man, I'm just done.
The trucking business is so dirty and so awful, but it's only because they make it that way.Home_on_wheels, drvrtech77, RStewart and 5 others Thank this.
