I guess they weren't happy with the $2300 he let them keep for free. I wonder if his lawyer will be able to turn it around and collect interest on the maintenance fund, starting after 45 days.

 

I'd like to believe that a good lawyer could fix this, but I have to believe that Schneider has a cadre of lawyers sitting around with nothing better to do than dream up new and different ways to screw stupid truck drivers and their lawyers

 

This guy is living proof of how mega's become mega's.

Why would they hold his MMA for a year and a half? Why didn't he go after it? Something seems odd.

 

Landstar, mercer, bennett, maybe admiral merchant but they don't have a real strong presence in the south so not so sure how they would be for you.
