    As an investor, wouldn't you look at a 10 year average? Why would you just look at the last 6 months earnings? I'm not an investing guru by any means, but it doesn't make sense to me just to pump up your last 6 months to one year's earnings and expect higher share prices. Any experienced investor would see right through that.

    While you and i very rarely agree on things, this one we do. Any problems or short comings with this choice program has little or nothing to do with the ipo.

    But it hasn't been declin I ng for just the past 6 months or a year it's been downhill for the last 3 albeit the last year has been a quicker decline truth is it's been declining longer.

    I believe it's a cash flow issue they're trying to avoid.

    From company drivers that I've talked to said they we're informed that the $ is going to be used to improve to operating centers driver ammenites...now some did tell me that they'll believe it when they see it...im taking the same approach...cash flow like you said seems to be an issue...that falls on Chris Lofgren since he apparently doesnt have control of the excess spending....i guess we'll see what happens..

    You'd think if cash flow was an issue they wouldn't be acquiring companies. It wasn't that long ago they acquired Watkins. I don't think cash flow is an issue at all. Wasn't 2015 the last year you guys really were doing well here? If so, then it's really just dropped off in the last 12-18 months or so, which coincides with the way rates have dropped nationwide. I have no clue why they're doing the IPO, but I don't think it's because the company is in dire straits or hurting for cash. Again, any seasoned investor would see what's happening and steer clear.

    Just to give an example how ridiculous this is getting.
    Did a load a yesterday, 257 miles.
    The same exact load is on the board for Tuesday, 3 of the same loads going out that day.

    The rate when I hauled yesterday it was:
    LHL: $502
    FSC: $75
    Total: $577
    RPM: $2.24

    Now the same exact loads going out Tuesday:
    LHL: $379
    FSC: $48
    TOTAL: $427
    RPM: $1.66

    What is most shocking is the FSC went from $.29 RPM to $.18 RPM!

    In less than a week the linehaul rate was cut 25% and the fuel surcharge pay was cut 36%!!!!!!

    This is no joke, I just saw this a few minutes ago.
    We are not being paid % plus FSC, we are being paid whatever it is Schneider randomly decides to offer us based on how much they decide to steal from us that week.
    It is disgusting, a disgrace, a shame, a scam and sad! :biggrin_25510:

    Isn't how the fuel surcharge is figured covered in the fleece I mean lease agreement..?
