Absolutely. Happiness is worth quite a lot.

 

And still end up missing every halfway decent load.

Saw that...he was one of, if not the biggest driver recruiter for Choice also. Ike Stevens has had a couple videos over the last few days voicing that he is leaving soon as well. #### is really hitting the fan!

 

After watching rates explode last month i figured most of you guys would be talking about things getting better, not guys leaving. Are you not seeing the same increase in rates?

 

Nope and we probably won't until it's sustained and SNI has no choice but raise rates.

 

That's a shame man. Rates were up a good 30% last month. It was one of the best months I've had in a couple years even after i dicked around for the week leading up to the truck show and the entire week of the show. Left a lot of money on the table cause i wanted to make sure i was with in bouncing distance.

 

I am. Half of next week booked, 1.91 all miles. Couple over 2/mile. Had my best quarter ever. No complaints here.
