By the way, and while your on the horn......as was discussed in another thread that I can't find relating to Davco filters and a DD 60. Cleaned my tanks, changed where I fueled and nothing got better. It seems with a 7 micron filter I am going to get roughly 7 thousand miles. Sometimes less. I switched to a 10 micron and got ten thousand but wasn't comfortable running the 10. Talked to alot of people and it seems if you have only one filter then 5 to ten thousand on a 7 micron is normal. I just started changing it every two weeks regardless if it needs it or not.

I hope you are the one who was having problems. If not I'm talking to myself and feel foolish:D

@RootHog - sometimes you just have to bang your show on the table.

Until you get a guy who doesn't understand that you actually have to hit "ok" to save the change.

I've posted alot, all over the place about this, LOL.

Currently using 10 micron filters, and only using Donaldson. I have not yet tried a 7 micron with Donaldson, but I may the next time I buy filters.

Currently right at 15k with the Donaldson, still showing about half life. bio simply does not flow through these filters as well, and the problem is compounded in winter time.

It's a shame that it has to get to this though. You shouldn't have to get that loud just to get somebody to do what they are supposed to do. Just replace the parts that you are being advised to by tech support.

I wonder if they let company trucks run around for weeks at a time on paper logs?

I'd be fine with running paper, but not fine with having to call in upon every pickup/delivery. Who knows how long you have to wait on hold during support shift hours.
