I have tested that theory with several drivers. We all came up with the same loads.

Oh I get it. Trust me. Odd thing is a lot of the drivers at JCT are extremely happy and clear 1200 a week steady. I just love the idea of dispatching myself...not to mention there is a terminal right in my backyard. Makes it a whole lot easier. JCT is headquartered in Oklahoma and they have about 6 to 10 drop yards in the entire country. So, this will be a major change for me. I started out at Werner so I expect the large company aspects at schnieder may be about the same as Werner. Thanks for your feedback.

PS I see 6 to 10 drop yards because every time I think I know where all the drop yards are, somebody mentions another location for a drop yard. I've been with JCT 2.5 years and just heard about another drop yard I've never seen.

PSS And my last two paychecks at JCT have been 1195 and 1340, this week will be 750 on a short week.

Lots of content folks at sni but, a lot of failures, too. Just be sure you're not jumping from the pan to the fire.

Having been at both places (7yrs co. driver at sni) I would hazard a guess that not only would you be satisfied with sni but would also make consistently more. The only negative I see is more bs/micro managing....no, wait...the biggest headache is (non)support shift. I left on good terms and still recommend them to this day.

Self dispatch would be really nice to have even though it requires some work and commitment but the additional control you would have is huge.

I think you know I'm satisfied in my current roll but do see sni as a step up.
