I can't remember, but they do have a weight restriction. I think your tractor has to scale 45k. They make you fill your takes up, and bring back the receipt.

Maybe semantics but the question is about your tractor only. Not your stuff too.

Sometimes the weight is off at the shippers. They want pull you off the load, if you can scale it. 45klbs is the max, but I have seen some loads 47k lbs.

I'm nearing about to give up hoping for an OKAY load out of Mississippi, I'll settle for just okay forget good.
I saw a load from Pennington, AL to Midway, GA for over $2 a mile.. would have had me at $1.50 something all miles but before I could even think about it someone else grabbed it obviously lol.

    Mississippi rates suck.
    Oh well back to driving...

I had the same thought and I have a feeling if I really pushed it then it wouldn't be an issue. I am curious if anybody else set up for orientation got a similar phone call or email about it. I really didn't argue with her because although she is very nice and answers anything I ask, I can tell she's not someone who knows anything more than what is written on the script.

For me getting my tanker endorsement was in my plans anyway so I figure why not go get it now.
