but Amazon sucks waaaaaayyyyyy more. Personally, I've never had a problem with Walmart, although in the interest of full disclosure I admit that 99% of what I do for Walmart is drop and hook, but that said, 100% of the time it's a science project at Amazon; on both ends. I hate Amazon and if I pick it and I realize what it is, I'll have it pulled. Amazon is by far the consistently worst customer I've ever had to deal with.

 

I know a bunch of ics that boycotted Amazon after a bunch of us got screwed at xmas time when we had loads getting us near home and amazon decides to cancel after we show up...some waited before finding out...i told them that i wasn't waiting for them to cancel..since they thought it might cancel..

 

What, you don't taking 5 hours to do a drop and hook? The second time I ran my 14 out at an Amazon facility, with no detention, I flat out refused to do them.

 

what's absolutely priceless is that it takes 3 people to close and seal a load.......seriously

 

I'm one of them...will never waste my time with an outbound Amazon load again!

 

I'm sure Freymiller will be happy when they see that.
