109.50 is fixed. Fuel is variable. This is how much I paid in fuel from May to July $5,180.38. I only worked 3 days in May. i average .367 cpm for fuel, for the last 3 months. This is my records, this doesn't count for fuel discount with Schneider. Average cost of fuel for those months is $2.547, 2032.724 gallons. I drove 14132 miles.

Do you mainly stay in the northeast? I ask cause those fuel costs are much higher than mine and my truck has all the aerodynamics of a brick and while i don't drive fast, i enjoy maintaining cruising speed while yanking 45k lbs up a mountain. the red ponies under the hood are thirsty critters and its a chore keeping the reins pulled back on them.

Just ask. YouTube followers will usually do anything. Just have to get through all the hair care and tampon adds first.

Choice won't be going anywhere soon. Sni revolutionized how megas combat a driver shortage and spent a ton of money it. Just give them choice but driver gets to shoulder all the load and risk. Fair deal if you ask me. If you want choice put skin in the game.

We all love to talk numbers but as we all know everyone's operation is different. It all comes down to happiness and culture. For a mega they have always had a great culture in my opinion. They had better find a way to fix it and fix it fast, because when you lose the culture that's when the wave crashes.

I honestly believe when you boil it all down it's not even about the rates or money for the long term guys. It's a culture issue. I hope someone from the Schnieder family will see what's happening but most likely not. Their dad would have.

    Off my soap box.

Jersey and Ohio each have cheap fuel. Pa has atrocious high fuel taxes so i never ever fuel there. Not a huge deal only talking 5cpm difference. Was just surprised to see I'm spending less on fuel, considering had my loads catch as much wind as a parachute.
