It's good, it's not perfect, what company is though? I'm still learning everything... One huge regret is waiting almost 10 years before I started Flatbed... The day I gotta go back to door slamming is the day I'm done driving. Ha Ha... I know TruckerDan. He helped me take an old APU off my truck a couple weeks... He's a good guy.

 

You right about that. No company is perfect. Yeah, he seems like a nice guy. I like slamming doors. I do flatbed at my part time job. I want to make money the easiest way. Yes, I'm a steering wheel holder.

 

Thats not landstars problem.....thats the drivers problem.

 

Your only hope is to get the guy looking fur a mentor to teach him how to be an owner operator. You won't ever get the folks content being company drivers(not the good ones anyway), you just can't compete with the 80k plus full bennie jobs.

Unless you hire drivers who's record is so screwed up they can't get on as a regular employee.

 

IC don't get to use the company car anymore.
