So, those of you that got your own authority (not leasing a truck from Schneider).

Did you give them any notice? Did they uninstall your qualcomm, or did you do it yourself?

When I left, I tried to give them notice but since I wasn't under a load and didn't have anything booked, they just said peace out, here's the checklist of what needs to be turned in.

I removed everything that was in the cab for the qc, removed there stickers on my truck. All they did was remove the dome.

yeah, I figure I will just disconnect everything and box it up to send to them. I would give them notice, but I figure the minute I do that, they will just shut me down then.

The choice program has turned into a typical bottom feeder fleece program.
    The term COMPANY CHOICE PROGRAM.
    has come full circle.

Contract is a day notice. Yes they take equipment out no charge. I talked to my what are they called again? Told here what I had planned no issues. It takes exactly 45 days to get deposit/escrow back. It was smooth. I did leave for another carrier but got my own MC 6 months later it's been great. I use Loves for factoring they are truly a great company. I know don't endorse anyone. Sorry Mods

I sent everything to them as well. They sent a shipping label that was pre-paid. If you have been honest and decent to them I don't think you'd have a problem giving notice. I had no issues. They recommended shipping insurance but I didn't buy it.
