Is it really getting that bad there. I just looked st their job website and the dedicated account I used to do was offering a $6000 sign on bonus

Gotta say, it feels good to know I am done with Schneider.

Still a bit clueless about getting their equipment back to them, as my ICA was absolutely clueless about the process. He gave me the mailing address to the West Memphis OC because they were the closest to me, also told me I could go to an OC to get the equipment removed.

If we remove the equipment ourselves, I am guessing they don't want the wiring, just the hard parts, correct?

Do they want the permit book?

Is there somebody I need to call to get more clear information about what to return?

They don't need the wiring. But Prepass, plate,
All hardware, the book. Just go to an OC it takes 30 minutes. ...there really good at removing it all. Question is what are you going to now??

Companies encourage and promote turnover in order to keep a steady flow of inexperienced drivers coming thru the door.

That way they get cheap drivers continuously.

That's why experienced drivers get shafted.
