Once again... I don't care what SNI is getting. I'm only concerned about I'm getting. I am doing fine with the rates that I'm getting. Quit trying to sound like Mercer doesn't have cheap freight. Because every company does.

 

Then don't post crap. Choice is not the best program for a van. It's the best for you & that's great. I'm happy for you & everyone else that is doing good at Schneider. I still have two friends there. Have you ever pulled a van at Mercer or Landstar? If not, then you have no clue about these two companies & can only make your comparisons based on info you've heard from those that couldn't make it at either company.

If you notice a Mercer driver only comes along when you start spitting out crap. Can someone make money at Schneider? Yes. You're doing it, others are doing it, & I did it. But just because a lot of guys left Schneider & went to other companies & couldn't make it doesn't mean Schneider is better. Like I already said, choice is good for a new person, specially if they have limited trucking experience. Quit getting your panties in a wad just because someone left choice & has found something better. Yes, Mercer is MUCH better for me.

 

Unless thing really picked up from when I was there, Mercer Van wasn't smoking Choice.. It's more miles and more sitting. Unless things have changed like I said

 

I didn't say they didnt...so don't put words in my mouth...I'm clearly stating the truth...you're not getting 65%..more like 50% and screwing you on fuel discounts

 

I disagree. Starting at Schneider & getting a truck through SFI presents very little FINANCIAL risk that most new businesses have. I only had $1k out of pocket in the game. If I couldn't make money all I had to do was turn the truck in & lose my $1k & go get a company job to catch my bills up. Very little risk of losing anything in my life accept the $1k.

 

Picked up big time...do they have bad loads..yes but most part..van rates are north of $2mi now

 

Well they say Flat is avg 1.86 loaded miles so Van can't be better than that so someone is lying
