Good deal. I don't because it's no one's business how much I make & I don't care how much anyone else makes. Money is not the reason I left Schneider.

 

I always wait till 2nd week of October. Lol

 

That's what should happen. If you don't like their rates go elsewhere. I'm not defending some of the shady things that Schneider did . I know first hand that's why I left 3 years ago. It had nothing to do with rates.
But they are in business to make money. Why should they offer higher rates when someone is willing to pull it. If someone doesn't like their should do like you and the others did and leave.

 

The market of course. The problem is its become obvious big orange is not giving market rates to their lease operators. They are brokering the load to themselves from the logistics side for under market rates.

 

If someone is doing it, It's a market rate.

 

Ok, it's an internal company market rate then. Not open trucking market rates.
