Schneider doesn't want IC's, Period. They would love nothing more than for that part of the company to be 100% Lease Purchase. Had they not got punched back against so hard when they tried to run everyone off several months back, they would have achieved this. With lease purchase, they make money off of you by the freight you deliver, saving money they would otherwise have to spend on benefits to company drivers, and they make money by profiting off the truck they lease to you every three years (that you ultimately wear out just in time to get another truck)

 

The brokers can see your MC information that's why they call. Rates are excellent right now. If we didn't have this ELD crap coming I'd put on a second truck.

He doesn't have a truck payment... If you wanna go on choice my advice to you is learn the program learn how to self dispatch yourself want your adequate in that move on to greener pastures because Schneider will limit how much you wanna make
