If they're paying for it why be a little girl about it?

Even if they weren't paying for it who cares?

If you want the load then you take it, if you have a problem with the customer's requirements don't book it.

 

You'll quickly learn which ones you can trust and which ones need to be put out to pasture. It's like wading through a pond full of alligators.

Now why did you book the load w/o allowing time for contingencies?

Let me guess, its all about you and to heck with making sure you can fulfill you're customers' needs. Book that freight nice and tight. Don't bother looking at the rate con or checking for yourself if there are any specific requirements the customer has. Book and go..... !@?. the torpedoes... Full speed ahead.

 

Why are you busting his balls? This is his first couple of weeks basically doing it all himself. It's certainly different than picking a load on an internal load board with dry van only. He's now running reefer and learning. I guess not everyone was born a super trucker.

 

Because he's whining about a free truck and trailer wash.

Because he seems to think that just because he doesn't understand why something is, then it shouldn't be.

Because he acts like its some revelation that people lie, cheat, and steal.

Because he's blaming the broker, for him not doing his due diligence.

Because if he has that much to learn about running his own show, maybe he shouldn't be running it yet.
