Coming from an outside observer, it's fun to watch the guys who have left SNI realize there's a lot of good paying freight outside of SNI. I know point & click is worth something, but given the horrible fuel discounts and cheap freight schneider offers the IC's, some times taking the blinders off can be an eye opening experience.

The sni cheerleaders that that think sni is the creme of the crop while they give the wrap around treatment by shafting you is hilarious.. now when don Schneider ran the co, o/o were highly respected as well as co drivers because he demanded it....now its the opposite...

    First month doing reefer solo/team
Average length of haul including deadhead 1350 miles.
Right about $2.95 a mile including deadhead. Thats including twice I deadheading over 700 miles.
    Carrier keeps 10%
Biggest surprise the most money was i35 and west, complete opposite of what I expected.
