its just a guess, maybe its that they cant find workers who want to work for "cheap" or for "peanuts", maybe they just dont care, i dunno pick one, and yes its all pretty much a joke to me, i dont really take any of it serious.

Is the choice board seeing any of the rate increases of the current "boom"? Obviously I don't expect the rates to be AS high but I am wondering if they've gone up.
Shock Therapy Thanks this. -
No they are not..sni is keeping it for themselves..thats why so many are bailing...the ones who have left are pretty much doing better...much betterCaptainDaveG, freightwipper and PoleCrusher Thank this.

I've not seen any increases and 1 load I usually do to get home has dropped .06 cpm since December.RootHog, freightwipper, PoleCrusher and 1 other person Thank this.

Yep...sni manipulating the rates...they have essentially f'd up a good program by design because they're greedy crooksredoctober83, 48Packard, Cat sdp and 2 others Thank this.

The question is do you think they are just being slow with the rate increase or will they continue to hold back the revenue?
-
My opinion, they are keeping it for themselves. The market has been up long enough for contract rates to improve. I've only seen a slight increase on a couple accounts.
The fact is, they have no need to raise the rates on the board since there are plenty of drivers willing to haul for what they're paying.sealevel, drvrtech77, freightwipper and 1 other person Thank this. -
When there's more drivers leaving than coming on board and loads sit they'll raise them but I don't expect it will happen
On any social media platform if you criticize the choice program the kool aid drinkers have a meltdown even this forum. I remember well.sealevel, drvrtech77, Shock Therapy and 4 others Thank this. -
Consider the fact that guys are willing to lease a truck from Stevens and run for $.85 mile. There's rarely a shortage of uninformed drivers. Hell, choice guys can brag about how much more they're making over Stevens IC's.
Shock Therapy, TennMan, freightwipper and 2 others Thank this.
