Who would buy stock with no voting rights??..that's how they set it up..

 

Lots of people did and do buy stock in closely held companies - look at Berkshire Hathaway.

From an investors standpoint SNI is a profitable, high dividend yield company that should show value growth. Investors don't care about workers as a rule.

I thought he said the brokers would get less not the end user pay more..ie consumer pay more for these higher artificially inflated rates.

Really so how is it you think the extra .50 a mile gets paid, by broker? Shipper? Distributor? Corporate? Or Customer?

Let's see the end user(customer) pays period. That's where all the money for a product comes from. Do these corporations,brokers or whoever gouge the consumer yes because they aren't giving up profits to protect the consumer.

 

I'd really like to know where you rocket scientist think the money to ship goods comes from?

As has been stated on here before, there will be a correction of the market it will either be rates come down or costs of products go up. When costs get too high the economy will slow.
