That I will agree with you on for sure. He is a go getter and will bounce back from whatever is going on.

 

Not true, people just don't want to hear it. Doesn't mean they're not doing well...I for one can be hauling a load that's $3 a mile and still don't want to hear about your load that's $1.50.. it's not my business

 

How much he was paid for recruiting kinda colors some/most of what he was saying about choice.........

 

oh, ok, I get it. Never thought about that. That said, I never saw him post anything that was out of range of what was possible.
Have you ever done Choice?
If you have and didn't hit his numbers, I can tell you a 1000 reasons why.
If you have not, then how would you know?

Choice is set up for the individual to do his / her best. I've done it for about 5 years now, and I can tell you that there's people who can run circles around me 6 months into the program......it just depends on on sharp you are and how hard you are willing to work. Personally, I'm not that sharp and I'm a bit lazy.
But, back to Whipper. I can tell you that my best week was around $5700 / $3200 to the house. Did he ever say he did better than that? Dunno, actually. I guess I wasn't paying attention.
That said, if you or anyone else were using FW as your only resource, that's your bad. There's plenty of folks like me who have been around for as long or longer talking about our experiences, (TennMan, RedOctober, RickeyBobby, Captin Dave, Sadwar....et al). Whipper wasn't the only resource.

In conclusion, to blame / hate on Whipper for recruiting is a bit misguided, in my opinion. If he recruited folks and made money, good for him. If he recruited folks that failed to read these pages and they ultimately failed, well, that'd be their business. Frankly, at the end of the day, despite the fact that the program isn't as good as it once was, you can still make money. And if you failed, (not necessarily you personally), that's on you, not Whipper

And none of us are exceptions to the rule.

 

No never was on choice...they wouldn’t like my truck or me...

But choice kinda interested me cruising around upstate NY kinda semi retired sort of .....

 

I don't think I ever thought he was a paid recruiter. But let's be honest, this thread alone was responsible for hundreds, if not more recruits over a two year span. Not that it matters. I'm sure Sni appreciated it because I can promise you they were watching it. He is a hustler for sure, and likes to talk about it, and I like to read it. Lol.
I would make for a horrible recruiter. I see each and every one of you as direct competition.

 

Then don't follow the thread. Did you read the title to this thread? It tells you right there he is going to share his numbers. If you don't want to hear about it then why are you here? And yes most of the haters can't duplicate his success. I've also learned something about drivers from being on this site, if they can't make money somewhere then they believe no one else can. I've seen it all around this site, drivers being called out by other drivers that failed at trucking at the company or the type of trucking that the successful driver is making money at. And most of the drivers that are hating are morons that really don't know what they are talking about in the first place.

So in closing, you don't want to hear his numbers then don't come to his thread. Easy fix.
