Maybe add a charge for load board access. Additional fee for access to the mobile app.
A weekly administration fee (just because they can).
A trailer usage fee. Trailer repairs could become the responsibility of the "BO", if the "BO" can't prove the trailer was in need repair before hooking.
Weekly Qualcomm fee
Privilege to haul cheap freight fee.
$1 fee to speak with a BOR, $5 to speak with your BOA.
Annual road... "BO" will pay the hourly wage of the CSR administering the certification for the time period of the certification.
Additional fee to access computers at OCs, which you must do for quarterly safety training.
"BO" will now have to pay for their scopolomine laced kool aid after the initial supply provided at shakedown.... er... orientation.melissakay, redoctober83, TennMan and 2 others Thank this. -

um, well, it's written by lawyers to be read by truckers.....that ought to tell you something.
um, looks like we're paying for tolls and there's a "trailer repositioning" fee.....$250. Which is not as bad as it sounds and I believe it was put in there specifically for our brethren in the Chicago / Gary area and maybe New Jersey. Basically, it works like this:
Lets say you're going home on Friday night. You have the option to take your mty where they tell you and get $25, or you can bobtail out. If you chose to bob tail out, and it's less than 100 miles from your domicile (or wherever you take your reset), when you come back on duty, you have to go back and get it or be subject to a $250 repositioning fee.
I get it and I'm sure there's a real good reason for it. The only thing I don't get is how far OOR you're expected to go to drop off the mty. The Box folks have been a might putative lately so it could be almost anywhere........need some clarification on that.
I guess it's ok. The rest of ya'll read it and share what you think.
